  • After Completion: Once the assigned work is delivered or milestones are completed, cancellations are non-refundable.

  • Pre-Consultation: Clients can cancel scheduled consultation or planning sessions with a full refund before services begin.
  • During Consulting Period: Refunds are considered pro-rata based on hours or milestones already completed.
